Where do I go to make Molbak’s wholesale purchases?
As a wholesale customer, your primary location for wholesale purchasing is at Molbak’s Wholesale Plant Farm. However, for convenience, wholesale customers are also welcome to purchase through the Commercial Desk located in Molbak’s retail store.
Where is Molbak’s Wholesale Plant Farm located?
Our Wholesale Plant Farm is located in Redmond, WA at the corner of NE 124th Street and Woodinville-Redmond Road. An A-frame “Molbak’s Wholesale” sign marks the wholesale entrance located off NE 124th Street. The address is: 15824 NE 124th Street, Redmond, WA 98052.
What are the hours of business at Molbak’s Wholesale Plant Farm?
Molbak’s Wholesale Plant Farm is open at the following times:
- January 1 – April 2: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
- April 5 – July 2: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Plus, Saturdays only in May: 5/1, 5/8, 5/15 & 5/22, 8:30 am – 2:00 pm - July 3 – December 31: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Closed for major holidays.
Becoming a Wholesale Customer
Can anyone purchase through Molbak’s wholesale business?
In order to purchase through Molbak’s wholesale business, you must have a licensed Washington business that uses live plant materials in some form. For example, you are eligible if you run a landscape maintenance business, or work as a landscape architect, container garden designer, property manager, interior designer, or general contractor.
What information is required to make purchases as a wholesale customer?
To become a Molbak’s wholesale customer, you’ll need to bring the following to the Molbak’s Wholesale Plant Farm:
- Wholesale Vendor Application Form—Available at Molbak’s Wholesale Plant Farm main desk.
- Current Washington State Business License.
- Current reseller’s permit – Necessary if you’d like tax-exempt status.
We will make copies of your application, license and permit to keep on file.
What forms of payment do you accept for purchases made at Molbak’s Wholesale Plant Farm?
We accept business checks, Visa, Master Card, Discovery and debit cards. Please no cash.

Complete a short form and set up your password. We’ll verify that you’re an approved wholesale customer, and send you an email with instructions on how to access the site. This one-time verification process will take about 24-48 hours. If you are not yet a wholesale customer, please drop by the Wholesale Plant Farm and apply to become a wholesale customer.
What if I forget my password or need to change it for security reasons?
Just visit the My Account section of the Molbak’s Wholesale Plant Farm website and follow the instructions to change your password.
Ordering
Can I email or fax in an order to have it pre-picked and ready for pick up?
Orders for next day pick up are possible, provided the order is received before 10:00 a.m. the day prior and receipt has been confirmed. If we do not have the quantities or a specific variety your request on hand, we can suggest a substitute or order it in from another source. Ordering in from another source usually takes 6 - 10 days.
Delivery
Is delivery available for wholesale purchases?
Yes, we are happy to deliver your wholesale purchases.
What is the pricing for delivery?
Delivery prices start at $50.00 per delivery. Specific delivery charges are determined based on order volume and distance to location.
